Watch Info

This is a service I offer on certain watches to make them smaller. It is an additional $7 and I will get it as close to your wrist size as possible, give or take a couple centimeters (so please keep this in mind as I do not accept returns!). I always include the extra links in the package just in case you every need to adjust them again. Please also note that this service can only make watches smaller, not bigger.

I use Depop’s ranking system to rank the condition of a watch. Excellent- basically looks new and is working, no noticeable wear. Good- slight wear (a couple scratches here and there), but not too noticeable. Fair- noticeable flaws to be noted in description or as seen in photos. Please note that all watches are all vintage second-hand and will all have some type of wear. I disclose this in the post to the best of my ability!

I am based in SoCal so all my watches are second-hand purchases from different places in the area! I try my best to support a variety of people and businesses in the process.

I’ve been learning a lot about how to price watches since I’ve started selling them and have learned to price them based on the popularity, brand, how a watch is powered, condition, and my judgement as a whole! I spend a lot of time and effort looking for the perfect watches to curate every drop and I try my best to price them fairly 🙂

Shipping / Returns

Please Note: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I do not accept returns on any order!!

No, currently I only do $5 flat rate shipping within the United States, but if you are obsessed with a watch, DM me on IG and I’ll see what I can do!!

Instagram

I try my best to ship the item within 24 hours after It’s been ordered but since I am human, please allow up to 3 business days for your item to be shipped! You will get a follow up email with your tracking number from USPS once it has been shipped and should expect your package within 3-10 days from that email 🙂

Unfortunately, I am not responsible for your package after it shows that it has been scanned through the tracking number. Sometimes packages get stuck within the USPS system and can be delayed for up to a month! If you believed your package was stolen or wrongly delivered by USPS, please contact them directly. USPS Ground Advantage should have $100 insurance on every package.

Vintage watches are sometimes extremely fragile and I try my best to pack every watch with love, care, and tons of bubble wrap! Please be careful with your watch after receiving it. I am not responsible for any damage that happens after shipping. Please contact me if you believe the damage was present prior to shipping.

Website

Unfortunately, this is a limitation of the website for now! The ecommerce platform I use has a max registered user-count of 100 users. This means I will have to delete inactive accounts once our limit is reached, this is so I can let more users register. 

Your account WILL NOT be deleted if you have a current order pending, so please do not worry if you are waiting for your watch!

I only recommend creating an account if you order multiple pieces from our website or frequently use the site. I will still able to send information about your order(s) to you through email if you order something without creating an account, you would just not be able to check your orders through the user dashboard.
